Review Week 5

Welcome back!

Today we're going to be looking at a Flavor chasing RDA.

Unfortunately the chuff cap from Synthetivapes still hasn't arrived, so this months RDA will be "Le Magister" from Vaponaute.

Seeing as Vaponaute has their own unique build recommendations for their "Le Magister" RDA, I won't be including a build review today, and instead will be reviewing 2 juices in their place.

Also, both of todays flavor come accompanied with a nice blast of nostalgia, free of charge!

Community Juice

Flavor: Dunks

Company: Midnight Vapes

PG/VG Ratio: 20/80

Nic Content: 3mg

Recommendation: Adam Spurrell

Company Profile: This graham cracker cookie and sweet cream icing combo is just what you have been waiting for! It tastes just like the old school snack we all used to enjoy!

Vendor: Avalon Vapor

Vaped On: Aeolus v2 Pro w/ dual 26g Twisted Nichrome 80 on a Pawn mech mod by Vapesmith.

Bouquet: Vanilla Frosting

Taste/Inhale: Sweet, Creamy

Exhale/Aroma: Graham Cracker (cereal), Cinnamon, Vanilla, Frosting

Flavor: Dunkaroo's

Personal Opinion: This flavor is pretty spot on.
The Graham cracker flavor seems to be a combination of a cereal flavoring, and cinnamon. Kind of a frosted flakes flavor.
The flavor is layered with a strong Vanilla frosting.
As you continue to vape it, the taste of cinnamon, begins to blend slightly. It also loses some of the bold frosting, leaving you with more of a Frosted Flakes vape.
Strangely, it's a good, and tasty vape, but I'm not a huge fan of the flavor personally. I'd suggest trying it for an alternate take on a cereal, or if you want a solid nostalgia blast.

Local Juice

Flavor: TacTics

Company: Avalon Vapor

Designer: Brian Purcell

PG/VG Ratio: 20/80

Nic Content: 3mg

Company Profile: Bringing your back to your childhood with a sweet Orange Fun Dip flavor.

Vendor: Avalon Vapor

Vaped On: Aeolus v2 Pro w/ dual 26g Twisted Nichrome 80 on a Pawn mech mod by Vapesmith.

Bouquet: Orange Sours

Taste/Inhale: Sweet, Sour

Exhale/Aroma: Sour Candy, Mild Orange

Flavor: Orange Fun Dip/Orange Tic-Tacs

Personal Opinion: This flavor tastes exactly like orange fun dip, albeit with a milder tone.
As someone who isn't a huge fan of sour candy, I find the sour enjoyable, and refreshing.
The orange flavor is rather muted, taking more of a back seat to the overall "candied" flavor.
Although, that isn't a bad thing, as strong orange flavors seem to be met with more dislike than anything.
The flavor interestingly enough even reminds me slightly of Fun Dip in texture. The vape is slightly dry, creating an interesting simulated experience. I've yet to decide whether or not the dryer texture is something I enjoy, although it's definitely not stopping me from vaping it.
Scratch that, by the time I've finished these reviews (vaping this flavor the while), I find the texture a welcome change.

"Le Magister" RDA (Clone)

Note on Clones:
I thought it'd be important to include a little note on clones. First off, the reasoning behind reviewing the clone currently is "Le Magister" authentic is sold out almost everywhere, and it retails at a heavy £89.99 (or 182.03$ CAD).
I know (as do most) that the majority of vapers can't afford a 180$ RDA, so for some of us, clones are the only option when it comes to High End RDAs.
For those that can afford to purchase an authentic, supporting the design company is important.
When you purchase an authentic, you help pay for staff, production, R&D and most importantly, further innovation. A cloning company doesn't work towards advancing the market, or products it builds, and if we all purchase clones, then the companies we've grown to love won't be able to deliver us new and amazing products.
With that being said, I won't be including a link to where to purchase a clone.
If you'd like to find a clone to purchase, google is an excellent resource.

The Review:
Today we're taking a look at "Le Magister" a unique flavor chasing RDA designed and built by french company Vaponaute.

MSRP: £89.99 (or 182.03$ CAD)
Vendors: for a list of authentic certified vendors, check out Vaponautes website, here.

Let's dive into the spec's:
  • RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer holding approximatly 2.5ml of liquid
  • ø22mm
  • Stainless steel 316L
  • Single or dual coil
  • Reduced chamber
  • Airflow Control : ø1.2mm, ø1.5mm and ø2.2mm (2.2mm can be used to adjust hole on hole, allowing an accurate airhole size as you like to vape)
  • Cotton or fiber wick
  • Maximum 2.5mm coil diameter (please do not try to go more than 2.5mm because there is not enough space into the chamber )
  • Make sure when you build LE MAGISTER to keep room between coil and plate, and between coil and central post, approximately 1mm all around.
  • Spare kit : 2x Oring ID18mm Tore1mm green Viton and 1 Oring ID5.5mm Tore1.5mm
I'll be skipping an "Unboxing" as the clone doesn't come in a box similar to the authentic, although it does contain all items listed within the "Spare kit"

"Le Magister" is comprised of 3 main components. A 22mm Base, a reduced chamber top cap, and a rotating Airflow controller with a traditional 510 opening for a drip tip.

The base has an incredibly large juice well located beneath the build deck. At approx. 3mm deep, and about 20mm in diameter, it holds 2.5ml of juice in the well ALONE. This makes for a incredibly long lasting vape. In testing at 75w on a dual 4 wrap 26g Nichrome build, the 2.5ml of juice amounts to about 32 draws off the vape.

The build deck is in reality much smaller than the 22mm base, allowing for both a massive juice well, and a reduced air chamber for excellent flavor. This does pose some build challenges though. Coils can't exceed a diameter of 2.5mm internally (with a single strand build) and adding more than 5 wraps spaced poses major problems in terms of risk of shorts.
The deck is evidently designed with the advanced builder in mind. There's a single positive post, holding onto wire by pinching it between 2 circular bolts. The negative is achieved simply by wrapping the end of your coil around a small screw, and fastening it to the deck.
With this style, there's a need to take caution in assuring the coil itself doesn't contact the deck.

There's a build video Vaponaute put out explaining on how to build, and wick on this deck. Their recommended build has surprisingly good flavor, with a cooler vape. I've found that this coil design seems to perform better than a fused coil, or any other complex coil I've tried, although I can imagine a 32g twisted nichrome would perform quite well in place of their recommended 28g kanthal.

The video can be found here.

The wicking style that Vaponaute has perfected for this RDA is simple, and interesting. It offers plenty of juice to the spaced coils, keeping the build deck thoroughly wicked, despite the juice residing below.

Differences between the clone and authentic:
The clone, while the same in almost all aspects, has substantially smaller caps on the negative screws. The center post is also shorter, allowing less space between the 2 bolts holding in the positive wire. This makes this clone infuriating, and practically impossible to build a dual coil on. Attempting to hold both strands of wire under the bolt while tightening the center post took a full hour to accomplish, and anything greater than a 26g wire was literally impossible to fasten down.
I've heard that the original obviously doesn't suffer from these issues, so if you want the full experience of "Le Magister" it's a no brainer to purchase the authentic.

So how does she vape?
"Le Magister" is a rather impressive RDA. It provides crystal clear flavor, and plenty of juice space to keep that flavor going. I personally enjoy a warm-hot vape, so I think I'll need to do some coil tinkering to find a sweet spot for the size of the deck before I can have this RDA claim the top spot currently held by my Aeolus V2. That being said, for someone looking for an RDA with perfect flavor, a unique design, and the ability to hold a massive amount of juice, I really can't recommend anything better at the moment.

Review Week 4

Welcome to week 4!
I've decided to delay my RDA and Build review till next Saturday, for two reasons.
First, it's not actually the last week of the month, and second, I have a Chuff tip being sent to me from Syntheticloud that I'd like to include in the review.

Also, there was no community recommendation this week, so I've decided to do 3 designer juices. Two purchasable locally, and one that I ordered.

That out of the way, lets get to the juices!

Designer One

Flavor: Cake Hole

Company: Flavour Snobz inc. VG Circus line

PG/VG Ratio: 20/80

Nic Content: 3mg

Company Profile: A Cherry Cake you won't believe! Better than Betty in every bottle we guarantee.

Vendor: Rock Vapor

Vaped On: Aeolus v2 Pro w/ dual 26g Twisted Nichrome 80 on a Silver Wolf Warrior Mech Mod.

Bouquet: White Cake, light cherry scent.

Taste/Inhale: Sweet, creamy.

Exhale/Aroma: Maraschino Cherry, White Cake, Vanilla

Flavor: Cherry Pound Cake/Cherry Loaf

Personal Opinion: This flavor is as delicious as it is potent.
The cherry flavor is a bold candy flavor, tasting more like maraschino cherries. As a huge cherry fan, I enjoy this greatly. Most artificial cherry flavors end up tasting like more of a halls cherry flavor, which I find just reminds most of a medicine flavor. (Hence why cherry flavors are few and far between)
The white cake is a perfect complement to this flavor, rounding out what would otherwise be an overpowering cherry flavor.
The vanilla helps to round out the vape, giving it a smooth, yet sweet flavor.
Being a huge fan of sweets, I've adopted this flavor as my current all day vape, although be warned that it's not for everyone. The flavor is incredibly potent, and may simply be too sweet for some. I could see it being a much milder flavor in a cloud chasing rig, giving great flavor, and great vapor with it's high VG count. Thankfully rock vapor allows you to sample flavors before you try them, so be sure to drop down and give this one a shot!

Designer Two

Flavor: Lusso

Company: Xanic Blanc, by Cartel

PG/VG Ratio: 30/70

Nic Content: 3mg

Company Profile: Melona Milk Ice Pops

Vendor: Spyder Vapes (www.spydervapes.com)

Vaped On: Aeolus v2 Pro w/ dual 26g Twisted Nichrome 80 on a Silver Wolf Warrior Mech Mod.

Bouquet: Melons, Cream

Taste/Inhale: Sweet, Creamy, Menthol

Exhale/Aroma: Light Melon, Milk, Vanilla, Menthol

Flavor: Melona Milk Ice Pops

Notes: The Xanic Blanc line comes in 3 sizes, 18ml, 30ml, and 60ml. Strangely, the 18ml bottle comes in a tall unicorn like bottle, with a pump style top. As intriguing as the bottle is, I believe it's a huge design flaw.
The bottle dispenses juice fine, but due to the thin shape of the bottle, and lack of air inside it's hard to stir up the juice once it settles. So much so that attempting the flavor from inside that bottle, left me with a vape simply tasting of a sharp alcohol. No amount of shaking would correct the problem. I was finally left having to pry the top off, and transfer it to one of my own 30ml bottles, to shake it up, and air it out to remove the alcoholic taste.
After settling for a day, I was finally able to attempt the flavor.
Due to this, I can't recommend at all purchasing the 18ml bottles. I purchased the entire line of flavors, and experienced the same issue with each flavor, with absolutely no distinction in flavor from each of the bottles.
While the bottle is interesting, sacrificing flavor for bottle design in a high end line, is completely unacceptable.

Personal Opinion: This flavor is unique, and curious to say the least. It has very mild honeydew melon tones, mixed with a vanilla milk flavor.
I say milk, as the vanilla seems more refreshing, and not as thick as a traditional cream flavor.
The menthol is light, providing more of a cooling feeling, than a full menthol.
The flavor is a great replica of a Melona Milk Ice pop, even in feeling. Unfortunately though the flavor is light, even in a tuned flavor chaser. I would have expected better quality control, and more defined flavor from a company such as Cartel.

Designer Three

Flavor: Root Beer Float

Company: Dr. Fog by Premium Labs

PG/VG Ratio: "MAX VG" (Feels like 15/85)

Nic Content: 0mg

Company Profile: Your favourite rootbeer loaded with french vanilla ice cream.

Vendor: Vapour Trails

Vaped On: Aeolus v2 Pro w/ dual 26g Twisted Nichrome 80 on a Silver Wolf Warrior Mech Mod.

Bouquet: Root Beer

Taste/Inhale: Sweet

Exhale/Aroma: Root Beer, Vanilla

Flavor: Root Beer Float

Personal Opinion: This flavor is pretty on point. The flavor reminds me of an A&W root beer lolly pop, with a nice addition of cream. With potent flavor and great vapor, it's a perfect flavor for a flavor chaser using a cloud chasing build. In my Phenotype-L with dual 24g macro coils, and massive airflow, the flavor still stands out. I use the flavor, being a 0mg, to practice tricks. If you want flavor, vapor, and dig root beer, definitely give this flavor a try.

Review Week 3

Welcome Back!:

Sorry for the unexpected delay yesterday. I took a nap at 12pm, before hittng the publish button and woke up this morning at 6 am. Apparently I was sleep deprived, who knew?

I've also decided to start including the place where the Juice was Purchased, as I've begun to notice most flavors are exclusive to the particular store selling them. The locations for the juices in previous reviews will be added retroactively.

Community Juice

Flavor: Cinnaroll

Company: #Notaclone

PG/VG Ratio: 40/60

Nic Content: 3mg

Company Profile: None (Name is self explanatory I assume.)

Recommendation: Rock Vapor

Vendor: Rock Vapor

Vaped On: Aeolus v2 Pro w/ dual Tidal Wire (untwisted 26g nichrome, twisted with .8mm Ribbon) on a Silver Wolf Warrior Mech Mod.

Bouquet: Icing.

Taste/Inhale: Sweet, mild Savory tones.

Exhale/Aroma: Cinnamon, Vanilla Icing, Cream.

Flavor: Cinnamon Roll with Vanilla Icing.

Personal Opinion: The initial vape was a little harsh, like most Cinnamon vapes. Although after that it settles out to a smooth cinnamon, with a light vanilla icing.
The vape is both sweet, and savory, with an excellent balance between the sweet vanilla and soft cinnamon. The combination makes for a perfect, creamy, Cinnamon Roll flavor.
In all honesty, this has to be the only cinnamon vape I've liked so far, and if you're a fan of Cinnamon Rolls, I suggest picking it up.

Designer Juice

Flavor: Thunder Struck

Company: Kloud-E-Juice

PG/VG Ratio: MAX VG (Probably 20/80)

Nic Content: 3mg

Company Profile: This eJuice is not only extremely complex, it is warming very soothing and one that you will keep loaded in your favorite tank at all times. A hint of coconut on the inhale with almond and bourbon on the exhale really compliment this fine crafted flavor.

Vaped On: Aeolus v2 Pro w/ dual Tidal Wire (untwisted 26g nichrome, twisted with .8mm Ribbon) on a Silver Wolf Warrior Mech Mod.

Vendor: Rock Vapor

Bouquet: Almond

Taste/Inhale: Savory, creamy.

Exhale/Aroma: Almond, Oak, slight coconut tones.

Flavor: Almond bourbon cream.

Personal Opinion: This savory flavor is excellent. The flavor is bold, being one of the strongest flavors I've tried. It has a strong almond flavor with lighter sweet tones. The bourbon is present on the exhale with a sweet, oak tone. I find I can't taste much of a coconut throughout, although with a strong focus, it is ever so slightly there.
This is a flavor I'll definitely have in my collection.

Local Juice

Flavor: Dr. Zeds Med Pak

Company: Foghorn Vapor Company

PG/VG Ratio: 30/70

Nic Content: 3mg

Company Profile: None

Vaped On: Aeolus v2 Pro w/ dual Tidal Wire (untwisted 26g nichrome, twisted with .8mm Ribbon) on a Silver Wolf Warrior Mech Mod.

Vendor: Fog Horn Vapor Company

Bouquet: Menthol, Citrus.

Taste/Inhale: Menthol, tart, lightly sweet.

Exhale/Aroma: Menthol, lemon.

Flavor: Lemon Menthol Halls.

Personal Opinion: This vape was apparently released to help combat nasal congestion, and with flu season creeping up on most of us, it's definitely a welcome vape. I don't suggest that anyone vape while experiencing any form of respiratory illness, but if you're looking to clear up congestion, this is definitely the vape for you. The menthol is strong, medicinal strong, and is exactly like that experienced when sucking on a lozenge. The lemon flavor is mild, adding a nice flavor to an otherwise overpowering vape.

If you've got a cold, you're a big fan of halls, or even are a huge menthol fan, definitely try out this unique and enjoyable flavor.

That's it for this week!
Check back next week when I'll have a review of 2 new juices, The Aeolus V2 Pro RDA, and a build walkthrough on the current Tidal Wire I'm using!
Till next time, Vape on!

Review date change

I've decided to change the day of my reviews to Saturdays.

I'm in class all morning, and my work seems intent on scheduling me every Friday afternoon/evening.
Attempting to do the reviews friday with that kind of schedule isn't really practical.

So check out the blog tomorrow evening for my Week 3 reviews!

Week 2 Juice Review

Welcome back!
This weeks review features:
Community Pick: SpaceJam Starship 1 recommended by Ryan Paddle.
Designer Juice: Cosmic Fog's, The Lost Fog - STREEK
Local Juice: Nick's Mix from Nick Keats and Avalon Vapor

Community Juice:

Flavor: Starship 1

Company: SpaceJam

PG/VG Ratio: 50/50 - 40/60 (Actual information not disclosed, apparently they all fall within that range)

Nic Content: 3mg

Company Profile: A savory mix of vanilla custard inhale with a succulent tropical kiwi on the exhale, very similar to a crème brûlée.

Recommendation: Ryan Paddle

Vaped On: Freakshow mini w/ dual coil 5 wrap (1/16th) micro Tigerwire. .15 ohm on a Fujin Mech Mod.

Bouquet: Kiwi, Vanilla.

Taste/Inhale: Sweet, Creamy

Exhale/Aroma: Kiwi, custard

Flavor: Custard with a mild, sweet kiwi.

Personal Opinion: While the flavor is pleasant, it's very simple. The kiwi and custard are both noticeable on the inhale with mostly kiwi on the exhale. I feel the flavors aren't quite complementary. The kiwi stifles the vanilla flavor of the custard, leaving mainly a creamy vape with a mild kiwi flavor. While a decent all day vape for someone desperate for a kiwi flavor, it wouldn't be something I'd be looking to have in my collection. I hope to revisit SpaceJam juice at a later date, as I've heard several rave reviews over other flavors in the line.

To Ryan Paddle, hit me up on facebook to meet up to grab your free juice!

Designer Juice

Flavor: The Lost Fog - STREEK

Company: Cosmic Fog

PG/VG Ratio: 40/60 (Not listed by company)

Nic Content: 3mg

Company Profile: The first flavor in Cosmic Fog’s new “The Lost Fog Collection” ejuice line, Streak blends a mix of strawberry flavor, extracted from hand-picked, mountain-grown Gaviota strawberries, with just the right amount of tangy, creamy Greek yogurt.  The two flavors balance perfectly to create a vape that’s sweet, tangy, savory, and creamy, without being too rich or heavy.  Your new all-day-vape has arrived.

Vaped On: Freakshow mini w/ dual coil 5 wrap (1/16th) micro Tigerwire. .15 ohm on a Fujin Mech Mod.

Bouquet: Strawberry, Tangy Vanilla.

Taste/Inhale: Sweet, Creamy, lightly sour.

Exhale/Aroma: Strawberry, Vanilla, Yogurt.

Flavor: Strawberry Yogurt.

Personal Opinion: I'm a really big fan of this flavor. The natural strawberry extract is fantastic. Sweet, and only mildly tart, it reminds me of fresh strawberries, instead of a candied flavor. The yogurt is a mild, creamy vanilla, with a perfect sour tang. It replicates the yogurt flavor incredibly well. They're correct in claiming it's an all day vape. Not too bold, and yet the flavor stands up to being repetitively vaped, maintaining it's sweet strawberry tones. I do find that excessive vaping gives me a mild headache, although that's probably due to my own PG sensitivity. Headache aside, it's still not enough to have me put this flavor down. I'll definitely be looking to have a reserve bottle of this for my shelf.

Local Juice

Flavor: Nick's Mix

Company: Avalon Vapor

PG/VG Ratio: 15/85

Nic Content: 3mg

Company Profile: A unique custard desert flavor.

Vaped On: Freakshow mini w/ dual coil 5 wrap (1/16th) micro Tigerwire. .15 ohm on a Fujin Mech Mod.

Bouquet: Vanilla, Cream, White Cake. (TWINKIES I SAY!)

Taste/Inhale: Sweet, creamy.

Exhale/Aroma: Vanilla, custard, white cake.

Flavor: Twinkies.

Personal Opinion: In terms of cake flavors, this is probably one of my favorite so far. The custard and white cake compliment each other very well, creating a flavor impressively similar to twinkies.
The custard creates a smooth full vanilla vape.
The notable white cake is offset from it's usual bakery style by a hidden sweetness.
I enjoy the dense clouds coming from a max VG flavor, especially with it not sacrificing it's full taste.
I'll definitely be adding this flavor to my collection, and probably be picking up a 0mg flavor to practice smoke tricks.

Thanks for reading, be sure to let me know what you think if you've tried any of the flavors!
Join me next week for another three flavors!

Juice Review!

Welcome to the first juice review!

I wanted to apologize for the delay of my first reviews. There's a brutal flu going around St. John's and of course, thanks to my fantastic immune system, I caught it right away.
Now that I'm finally able to breathe (and subsequently taste) it's time to get back to the wonderful world of vaping!

Notes:

I've decided to change my format to include the company's flavor profile at the beginning. I'm doing this because it'll make it easier for the reader to decide if they even want to read the review on a particular juice, and because there was no possible way I could pick up a juice without someone immediately telling me the flavor of it. (Thanks guys... XD )
Also, today's review will only be tested on a dual .8mm x 1mm 5 wrap micro coil, as I'm still working out some stuff in getting the perfect TC build.

Community Choice

Flavor: Anti-lag

Company:  Boosted E-Juice

PG/VG Ratio: 40%/60% (Info from authorized online retailer)

Nic Content: 3mg

Company Profile: Like a fruit salad covered in whipped cream, Anti-lag combines a blend of watermelon, blueberries, and strawberries with a dollop of sweet, creamy goodness for your vaping pleasure.

Recommendation: This weeks Community Choice comes from the always helpful staff over at Avalon Vapor.

Vaped On: Freakshow mini with Dual .8mm x 1mm 5 wrap micro (1/16) coils, .5 ohms @ 50 watts.

Bouquet: Notable sweet scents of Strawberry and Blueberry. Light scent of melon.

Taste/Inhale: Sweet, slightly tart, smooth.

Exhale/Aroma: Honeydew Melon, Watermelon, light blueberry, hints of strawberry and vanilla.

Flavor: Melon medley with light blueberry and strawberry accompanied by a smooth vanilla.

Personal Opinion: A good take on a creamy fruit salad. I would personally describe it as a melon medley with blueberries and cream.
The watermelon flavor is natural, tasting more like a mixture of honeydew and watermelon. I actually enjoy this, with the company obviously trying to stay away from the common watermelon candy flavor.
The blueberry is noticeable, but doesn't completely blend into the "fruit salad", it kind of floats on top.
The cream is present as a light vanilla, with a smooth texture, more plain cream than a sweet whipped.
The strawberry, although noticeable in the scent, for me blends entirely into the fruit flavor. It helps define the entire flavor, but takes a back seat to the melon and blueberry.

I'd recommend Anti-Lag for any fruit or cream lover, with it's unique fruit taste. An all day vape, although I don't consider it a must have for my personal collection.

Designer

Flavor: Phillip Rocke Signature Series - Strawberry Icecream

Company: Gemini

PG/VG: Guessing 60/40 (Not listed by supplier, online says anywhere from 80/20 to 50/50.)

Nic Content: 3mg

Notes: The juice comes in an unusual bottle, measuring in at 32ml. It lacks any kind of dripper, so if you're getting it, pick up a bottle to put it in.

Company Profile: Reminiscent of your favorite childhood treat; The Strawberry ShortCake Ice Cream Bar with a Sweet Cream center.

Vaped On: Freakshow mini with Dual .8mm x 1mm 5 wrap micro (1/16) coils, .5 ohms @ 50 watts

Bouquet: Strawberry. Noticeable scent of Alcohol.

Taste/Inhale: Sweet and Creamy, slight tart tones.

Exhale/Aroma: Strawberry, Vanilla, Shortcake.

Flavor: Creamy Strawberry Shortcake.

Personal Opinion: It hits pretty close to it's goal of a Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Bar. The flavor is complex, with all elements equally represented.
For a high PG mix, it's surprisingly smooth, with a sweet and slightly tart strawberry and cream inhale.
The exhale is where the shortcake flavor shows itself. Still having a strawberry flavor, the exhale breathes vanilla shortcake, closely resembling sugar cookie.
At first, I wasn't sure what to think of the flavor. The complexity makes it hard to discern individual flavors at first, but the flavor smooths out the more you vape it.
I'm mildly concerned with the alcohol scent, although it's not an uncommon additive in E-Juices. The usual high PG concerns exist, being something someone with a PG sensitivity should avoid.
It could make an all day vape for those who enjoy sweets, although I can see it more reserved as a dessert flavor. If desserts are your thing, definitely look into picking it up. I'll definitely have it on my shelf.

Local Juice

This weeks local juice is produced by Andrew Wilkins of Drip Addict. Andrew is a local DIY Juice maker, currently boasting over 120 flavors (that's at least 2). He has an avid following from his consumers and rolls out new flavors on the regular. Although attempting to narrow down his selection for marketed sale, he currently can make anything under the sun, to almost any requested spec. Contact Andrew Wilkins over facebook for more details. (Req. 19+)

Flavor: Rocketman

Company: Drip Addict (Andrew Wilkins)

PG/VG Ratio: 19/81

Nic Content: 3mg

Company Profile: Blueberry Greek Yogurt with a sprinkle of Cheesecake and Graham Crust on top.

Vaped On: Freakshow mini with Dual .8mm x 1mm 5 wrap micro (1/16) coils, .5 ohms @ 60 watts.

Bouquet: Blueberry and Graham Cracker.

Taste/Inhale: Sweet, Creamy, smooth. Light sour tone.

Exhale/Aroma: Graham Cracker, Blueberry, cream, and light vanilla.

Flavor: A light blueberry yogurt, with Graham Cracker Crumble.

Personal Opinion: The flavor is pretty spot on and seems to respond better to higher temps. I'd be hard pressed to describe it as anything less than the given profile.
The blueberry flavor is light, natural and not overbearing. Not quite the sweetness of eating pure blueberries, but more like the blueberry flavor expected from cheesecake, or yogurt.
The yogurt is present through a light vanilla, with a subtle sour tang.
The graham cracker is the primary on the exhale, rounding off the flavor, reminding me of finishing off a bite of cheesecake.
With the graham cracker being so dominate on the exhale it leaves you wanting to vape again, just to re-experience the entirety of the flavor.

This is definitely an acceptable all day vape. The flavor is enjoyable, while not being overbearing. I can easily see Rocketman as a top contender for Andrew's final line of juices.

Please comment down below with what you thought of the review, recommendations for next week, and, if you've tried the flavors, what your opinions of them are!
Thanks for reading, and join me this friday, Oct. 9th for the next round of flavors!
